Harrasment in US

Dear All

Is there anyway I can legally produce a document to US court that in India just on the basis of a false 498A case a warrant can be issued and the respondent be jailed without questioning by police. This happens a one sided affair based on a complain by a women and a husband is jailed and can also be arrested at airport without proper investigation with seizure of passport.It can immensely help me with representation in US court.

Please help me

In US:

#1. Inform your company not to provide any infomration about your salary. Most probably they won't do and also against US laws.

#2. Don't worry about Indian emmassy they are just sh*t in US.

#3.Collect all evidences /bank statements of your wife and infomr Indian embassy requesting filing a complaint under IPC 406/420 ( discuss with lawyers in india) and also send copy of NRI section /DCP/Commissioner of your area to take necessary action. Inform local police of your town with copy of same providing all details of your wife (SSN /TIN etc)

#4.Inform US embassy in India /US Immmigration and ask them to cancel her visa.

In INDIA-

Appoint lawyer and follow his advice.

Ask your wife by sending notice to return your money based on statements.

If possible come back to India and clean this dirt otherwise it will be diffcult to face problem also if you stay in US those beggers will open big mouth.

And TRUST me if you have all proof's (bank statement, police complaint in US against wife etc) Indian courts are very fair.

Suggestions from Self Service are also correct. But by the time the Indian court is ready to look at evidence you would have lost all your hair before that.

The call from Indian Embassy "without court order" is probably based out of a friend they know somewhere.

No need to follow it up at this time. And your lawyer is correct about them being naughty.
