THe High court of Karnataka directs the IGP to enquire and dispose the corruption made by police department in recruiting the police constable . THe police constable was involved in the criminal offence IPC 307 , 143 in 2001 before the recruitnment. The police appllied for the police department , while the case is pending against him. The court issued the NBW to police to appear. The trial court give-up because not arrested him, But case was not splitted for the LPC ( Lond pending case ) registerded. Now the police working in police department. Patetioner file WP Before the HC_karnataka Double bench directs the IGP to enquire and dispos the same.
The constable was recruitment in the same department and IGP below catagory officer involed in the suppressing the real facts , so how it will be done without corruption???
