Dear sir/madam,

I am Hindu. Property is in West Bengal

We have joint property in the name of my Father and uncle.

My father neighter my Uncle made any will in their wife's name.

My Uncle died 11 years back who has wife ( surviving ) and only Daughter.

My father died june 2009, My mother is surviving , I am eldest son and one younger sister.

Can you suggest how this property can be devided , how to sell or take loan against this porperty.

Can you help me in this regard.
