sir ,
a small query
my father got expired and left behind property which is a constructed house consisting of fours floors shall that property is equally distributed ....we have five legal hiers of that property ?i.e mother two sons two daughters ? or if he has given one portion to one sister whether she should have the any legal documents required or any gift deed bcoz father just promised orally to give one portion to my sister is that legally okay ..........

Any oral promise will not hold good in law. Property will be equally distributed among five people.

A persons last desire be it a will or oral should be fulfilled. It is good of you that you intend honoring his word. Division of a property between legal heirs can be done on mutual basis. All parties including your father's sister can execute a family settlement in terms of your father's desire.
