Help

I had a query, hope somebody can help me get some clarity on the issue. I joined Company A midmonth. I served them for 6 days  and until then wasnt given the offer letter/ appointment letter. Subsequrntly I received another job offer and took it up. Now Company A is asking for a resignation letter, saying that I served them for 6 days because they generated an employee payroll number for me and is asking for Notice pay of one month . They also say that I have to get a No due certificate from some people I worked with. My query is that if I havent signed the appointment letter where does the question of resignation letter? Pls reply. looking forward to your replies:)

You have neither recived nor accepted offer letter and appointment letter. hence you have not accepted the terms and conditions of appointment.

NDC,resignation letter are not the requirements.

It is not good on your part to seperate after 6 days.

Kindly be stable in your future ventures. Goodwill of the indivisual  travels with the indivisual..

Legally you are not binding, however you can settled amicably with the company.
