Dear Sir,
How to implicate the parents, brother and brother's wife of the husband U/s 173 of I.P.C. when they deliberately and knowingly prevent him to service the summons of execution petition U/s 125 of Cr.P.C. by abetting the husband and refusing to give husband's name and address to the lawful authourities to abscond from India and the proceedings of the Indian court when there is sufficient evidence agianst all of them and they are all residing out of India?
