Dear Sir,
How to implicate parents, brother and brother's wife of the husband U/s 173 of I.P.C. or in any other section when they knowingly and deliberately preventing him to service the summons of the Execution Petition U/s 125 Of Cr.P.C. by abetting him to abscond from India and Indian Courts and by wilful refusal of giving his address to the lawful authorities (Indian Embassy) when there is sufficient evidence against all of them and they all are residing out of India?
