Hi all,
In my case the Chargesheet has been filed by the IO. However, on my RTI they have stated that they would look into my proofs and evidences and I have told them to consider in to supplementory chargesheet.
Can someone tell me the procedure how it can be done.

Dear Querist
You can file an application before court or before Police authorities regarding further investigation u/s 173(8) of Cr.P.C along with all your documents or you can file a writ petition before HC to direct the police to do that.

It is good, if they have not taken your papers on record, don't do anything... wait for trial and prove that the investigation was prejudice..... you won't get anything by further investigation but counter material against all your proof on record.. which will be fatal for you..

As suggested, you may wait and watch the situation for the outcome, if you strongly feel that the evidences in your possession will be sufficient to prove your case, do it during trial.
