Help me on relinquishment deed also known as release deed

Greetings Everyone  :)

Please help me to clarify the following. Appreciate.

Husband A and Wife B jointly own a house. Both Husband A and B have Two daughters D1 and D2. D1 is married and living with husband H1 . D1 and H1 have one  Son S1 who is two years old.

Now Wife B died without any will. Based on my understanding the House will have 50% share by husband and  1/3 of 50% by D1, 1/3 of 50% by D2 and 1/3 of 50% by Husband A.

Now both daughters wants to transfer the property to Father (i.e Husband A) out of love and without any monitory compensation.

My question is

1) Since Daughter D1 is married and inheriting property from Father A and Mother B(Died), does the release deed requires   release from Married Daughter D1's husband  H1 and Son S1 to  include in the release deed.

2). If it requires release from Son S1, S1 being 2 years old minor, Can he represented by Daughter D1 (mother of S1)

3. Anything else needs to be factored in?

Thank you
