Help me please

My friend is falsely implicated in a theft case.The police arrested him and kept him in police station for three days.
While he is on custody the police manhandled him and took him to another police station and beaten by three police mens. After three days he produced before magistrate and remanded to judicial custody. but he did not complained this matter to magistrate because of fear.

what should we do?
can we complaint against police in court?

what procedures will i do?

please explain me step by step...

1] give money to police

2] keep good lawyer and file pettision that he was some where else like he was in out of station with his relatives and also give money to police

I suggest that you must abstain from advicing illegak means to the aggrueved people on this public forum.

My suggestion is that you file an application before the Court of Sessions for regular bail under S. 439CrPC. In your application you may state that your friend was picked up illegally by the police and kept in custody without any FIR. The oresiding officer may initiate proceedings for their deeds.

 

My advice is to engage a good lawyer and collect evidence to defend your case,
