I have been married for the last 7 months with my wife, who is now 3 months pregnant. Due to some complication doctor advised to take bed rest for few weeks, but her parents taken her back to her paternal home as she do not like our family traditions and culture (just a few). After going there she want to stay separate with me which I do not want as I cannot leave my elderly parents (as I am the only son). Is there any law through which I can bring her back or if she want divorce what the court will decide or if she do not want a divorce should I need to give any monthly maintenance or in any way I can be found guilty in the court. The point is I still want her back, but she do not want to come and stay with my parents. Please help.
