Hello Sir, My Name is Subash Sasmal , Mob: 9804834797. My Elder Sister's Burned Deadbody Was Found Beside her Bedroom At Her Own Home, Now Case Is Running & FIR No- 213 on 03/10/2010 at P.S. Jadavpur Purba U/S-498A/ 304B/ 302 /406 but case is going very slow Judges are given date and another long date. still now case move on 1st track 4th court (Police Court Kolkata) but we feel that the case is delayed by some reason. Please suggest me at present what we have to do that the case is moving smoothly and firster. My father is now 79 yrs old he is allways crying and asked to me can he see the Justice in his own eyes? but now i am helpless.............. please any body help me !!
