Help needed for false dv case

Hello Everybody,

My wife first put false CrPc-125. After attending first date I came to know from papers she filed that she has also filed false DV against us. However we are yet to receive notice for DV.

I have home to my name in which our whole family is residing, can she claim share in property through DV?

If it is her matrimonial home then please sell it immediately.

If it is not her matrimonial home then make it on your parents name.

File Perjury in the same court where 125 and DV is going on respectively.

Hello Satyprakashji,

Thanks for your comments. We were fearing this along ago so I had made a notorized sale deed showing that her matrimonial house has been sold to my brother. This is has been quite long ago. I don't know how valid it is. Actually we did tried to save stamp duty and hence did notorization. Can you pl advice ahead?
