Help on anticipatory bail‎

 

Dear Members,

I have some queries on anticipatory bail‎ . Please advice.

1) If i need to take AB for all my family members in case of a false 498a, will i be charged per person or  just one cost

2) What is surety, is it monetary should i pay something to the court and will i get this money back.

3) approx charge for AB ( per person or whole family) whatever applicable in bangalore

if all persons are arraigned in one FIR, every can apply for AB through one application. u dont require to file AB for members whose name are not shown in FIR.  upon bail granted, court fix surety, which normally in person. however, it depends upon court, which can allown cash surety, that means you can deposit that much amount in court, which u'l get after acquital.
