My marriage laster for a year.
I found my wife chatting with her Ex over gtalk/phone which crossed limits which lead to breakdown of our marriagge.We went and filed MCD and she didnt turn up for the second motion and it looks she is not willing to give now and is staging all faults on me.
I have decided to go with contested.
I have email proofs of her chatting about in appropriate things with her ex boyfriend,
I got the password from her and i didnt hack.
Is there any chance that i can be staged as violating cyber laws, If so what should i do ?
