I had been married for a year, after which I found out that my wife had been chatting with her ex boyfriend which had crossed limits. This lead to breakdown of our marriage.We filed mutual consent and she failed to come for second motion.i have decided to go for contested.i have forwarded emails chats as proof. Can you please Tell me if the proofs are valid and if there are any cyber law implications.
