help required

hi to all

i have a query, if a person  A  is working for a trust and is stayin in the same  trust compound, and has rent bills issued  by the trust ,during the period say 61 to 92 ( ie during the tenure of his work)  does he have protection under MRC Act , or will he haveto vacate , as there is no agreement of service , they only have salary book from 1967 to 92

please help me

He can have protection of rent act.

hi there ,thanks for the prompt reply., will it not be treated as a service tenancy, as the rent bills r of during the service period

Yes, it is was part of his service condition, after termination/retirement the employee concerned has to vacate residence. He can not claim protection of rent law.
