Hi. My question is what all documents are required for filing a nomination for assembly elections.
My father has and Old black and white whote I'd card.
1. Can he contest election by submitting the old Voter Id?
2.if yes the old voter ID has *153 Entally* as the assembly constituency where as the new constituency is *161 Ballygunge* will that be a problem?
3. In the Aadhaar card the the address is given as 3/2D ,where as in the voter ID it is 3/2B. Because when the voter ID was issued it was actually 3/2B but later on some part of the land was sold hence the change.
4. His name is in the electoral rolls for upcoming elections.
5. Do we need an affidavit separately for this issue.
