Two and ½ options; invoke one as per your pocket read with local situations

Option 1 - Proceed to State's HC for issuing Writ of Mandamus i.e. protection offered by State to her by local Authorities towards continuation of studies and not to disturb her fundamental Rights.

Option 2 - Proceed to a magistrate Court under DV Act provisions making her father first party and mother and siblings / relatives (if any) as second party and seek protection Order for not to disturb her in her studies and not to force her into marriage against her wish.

½ option – If no money for litigation and fear of producing parents to Court then lodge an Complaint in local Police Station and seek help from parental diktat. The moment this is done local Police will call her parents to Police Station and hear them as well as your girl friend out and warn her parents orally. If such oral warning helps change the situation then proceed for this option.
