Here is my problem:
One of my aunties, is gone mad and shouting like she has controlled by black magic. And she is shouting a name of the person(she thinks he as a magician) along with that she shouting my father's name saying my father is supporting him.
Few days back her son and other 20 people taken my father to a village where the other person live, threaten them to murder if they can not cure his mother. At last some people decided to take few rounds in some temple so that the person applied black magic will die in the next week. That's not happend.
Now again, he is calling us and threatening to murder my father. He is little bit rich, so he is trying to grab all the people to support him, even my community leader is supporting him and combinely giving warnings and threaten to ban from the community.
Could you please help me to proceed leagally on this? What are all the IPC sections that we can apply on them?
