Help with making my will

I am 45, female, married, belonging to south india.

My marriage is going through very troubled times. I have a 19 yr old child. I have substantial self acquired property.

I want to make a will with respect to my property and though I would like my son to have it, he is still at a very young and impressionable age.

I have heard about the concept of a trust but I hesitate to go that route.

My mom is still alive. I have a younger sister too.

How do I draft a will such that atleast for the next 7-8 years, I'm not unwittingly putting everything into the hands of my son who may not be able to manage it?

Pls advise.

Divide your property amongst who you want.

you can change will at any time.

There wont be anything putting unwittingly in your son's hand as long as you live, the Will can be changed anytime.

So make a proper Will get it registered, you can change any time.

Thank you for your kind responses. I made a registered will earlier where I bequeathed everything to my husband. This was years ago before our relationship soured.

Though I have the original of my will, I think my husband has a photocopy.

If I make a new will now, how can I be sure that he will not use my earlier will to transfer property onto his name?
