In the probate case before the court, if any one of the beneficiary or other beneficiaries are not cooperating or agreeing to the terms, they may be impleaded as respondent in the case and upon summoning, let them record their objection or their views to the case.  If one lawyer says that it is not possible, don't keep hanging around him alone, approach another lawyer who knowing the law will be able to guide you properly further.
