Dear Members,
Usually when any accused approach the court he/she will hide the facts from the court.
Can it be called any offence in the court of Law or its a general accpted facts that person whoever approaches the court just wants to save himself and for that person is lying in the court.
Is there any judgements rrelated to this which punish the offender,can you give me the citations.
