High court

After standing a lawer can we directly proceed case in high court or not..??

what's is the sections under which we can oppose a judge or can complain chief justice against the said judge of high  court.

Is any constitutional laws or acts where we can oppose a chief justice if chief justice not reply or taken any action against the submitting letter of complaint..???

High court is for appeal level . First petition file in lower court or say district court.......I suggest learn laws and procedure .....u will find in net search ....After if u have query u can ask ...
