The new amendment in Hindu Marriage Act to allow "Irreversible Breakdown of Marriage" was approved by cabinate in May 2012. But, when will that bill actually become a law?
Thanks,
Manish

A bill in order to become a law has to be passed by both the houses of the parliament and then goes for the assent of the president. Mere approval by the cabinet does not guarantee that the bill will be passed in the same form without any changes thereto afterwards, if at all it is passed. Let us see what happens, wait and watch.
BTW it is irretrievable breakdown of marriage and not "Irreversible Breakdown of Marriage"....
