Hindu property partition
I and my brother partitioned our grandfather’s land in the year 1988. We have one sister, she got married in 1968. While partitioning the land we did not get any consent or written relinquishment statement or any signature from her assuming that she has received dowry from my father. Now my father is died. Now the land is in my and my brother’s name (separate partition deeds for me and my brother). I want to know whether she still has any right over the land for reopening the partition. If she will get any share if she goes to the court by filing a suit?.
