Riddle than a query! But a good query. But the facts are incomplete.
When did the parents as well the deceased siblings die? What were the properties held by each of the parents?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate) 21 March 2025
The legal heirs of the expired married dayughetrs 1,2,and 3 are entitled to their deceased mother's share in the property of their mother's parents along with other shareholders.
Daughter No.5 is the only living direct legal heir to her parents, hence she will be entitled to her legitimate share in the property as a right, thus in the given situation the property can be divided into four equal share (if it is under Hindu religion) and can be distributed to the heirs of the deceased 3 daughters and the daughter No.5.

Yes. The unmarried daughters, 4, 6, and 7, and the unmarried son, 5, have expired. So, the legal heirs of 1, 2, 3, and unmarried daughter 5 have to distribute the property. Here, 1.2.3 and 5 have equal shares over the property, and the legal heirs of 1 have rights over the share of person 1. Like the legal heirs of 2.3, they have rights over their respective shares of their mothers.
