Hi,
There is lot of confusion among lawyers about the judgment of Civil Appeal No. 7217 Of 2013 "Prakash & ors v/s Phulavati & ors' case reported in 2015.
Some says that this judgemnt has been modified by the three bench of Judges but there is no information available. I have to postpone the case for next hearing due to the last moment confusion.
Can someone clarify if there is any modification done to this judgement by larger bench of three Judges of Supreme Court. If so please provide the copy of the modified judgement.
