Hindu succession act 2005

Respected Sir/Madam, my father, along with his elder brother (now deceased) made an affidavit for partition, asking their sisters for signing grandfather's property in their name, before the Hindu Succession Act 2005. Does that give us any chance to be the current lawful owners of the property excluding them?

PS : All the daughters are married before Hindu Succession Act 2005.

As per law sisters born before the enforcement of the Hindu Succession Act 2005 are not co-parcenor. So they have no right to claim equal right as the son co-parcenor has.

Once a partition was done and the female members were married off, all this happened before the amendment came into force i.e., 2005, the male heirs, namely your father and his brother become absolute owners moreover they have already obtained a release deed from their respective sisters, so nothing to worry
