2. If a man, whose father and mother are Hindus, marries a Christian woman, does the Hindu Succession Act applies to him?
3. How does the Indian Succession Act applies to Class I heirs in an intestate succession?
4. How is intestate succession done for a Hindu man who is married to a Christian woman? He is a nephew of the deceased. Kindly, reference the section(s) for the question number 4.
