father (A) and daughter of A (B)died before 2005 and both are born before 1947. can the legal heirs of daughter (B) claim share in intestete property of father l(A)now.

If B is only daughter of Father A..... it can be claimed. but when other co-sharer brother sister also in alive.... it can be claimed but case will be difficult....
