Hit and run

If not attend vaidha on hit and run case .what will be the punishment.the man hitted was good now .

"good now" Isn't the criteria. What was the damage when hit, how much the person got hit suffered and how much he/she spent to become "good now", are the crucial questions, besides whose fault it was, in the first place, for the accident to happen-Driver's or the Person got hit. If it was the fault of the Driver many things follow to arrive at the punishment.
