I want to get immediate relief from family court on custody matters based on urgency of situation - I can prove why the case is urgent .
Is there any section in CPC that I should use to forward my application for immediate relief..
Basically I want to know how should I go about making request and convincing the court that since this is urgent case - please proceed urgently.
Is there any section in CPC/anything else which binds udges to hear urgent cases immediately?
One case where day to day hearing happened recently was karnataka MLA disqualification -- how advocates must have pleaded to hear the case on daily basis?
