Dear Experts,
A person working in State Govt and his Physically handicap brother is getting the family pension on what reasons a salary and family pension can be kept in hold.
If the Concerned authorities hold the salary and pension with out any reasons assigned can the person file a case and claim a alimony from the concerned officers for physically and mentally torturing for withholding the same.
