One us citizen of Indian origion, applied for an Indian passport, while having the US passport. This person got the Indian passport in 2003-04 issued, while having the US passport. What are the criminal liabilities on this person, if he gets exposed in 2014 of this deed.
Also, this person was in the prision for financial fraud, in 2003-05 in the US. Hence it appears that he took the Indian Passport to only escape from the US.
