Hi, I am planning to purchase a home in Jogeshwari, a suburb of Mumbai, Maharashtra. The property I am planning to purchase is going to cost me 1.35 crores (excluding tax and any other charges).
Please advice, how much tax I need to pay to government and other bodies for transferring it in my name with all clear titles.
