Hon. supreme court ordered that a flat to be allotted

In compliance to the Hon. S.C. Order, I have applied for a flat thru the Hon. Telangana High Court. When a single judge bench heard my case, he had given 4 weeks time to the State Legal Counsel to ascertain from the State Govt. about the allotment and given 4 weeks time to him.  Soon after, the Bench changed and when the new bench heard my case, I have repeatedly brought to his notice about the flat allocation. However, he did not take it into cognizance and closed the case.  Now, when the case is being heard afresh, the Bench remarked that the Hon. S.C. should have given a direct Order to the State Govt. about the flat allotment.  Under these peculiar circumstances, I may be advised what is to be done.

Have you filed an RTI Application seeking such a certified copy of the laid down norms and procedure followed by the allotment authority?.  Is it not proper to follow a lawful, transparent, and justified laid down procedure for an allotment so those really deserving applicants should get allotment and not through influences/pressures?

With utmost humanity, compassion and kindness, Hon. S.C. ordered for a flat to be allotted as per merits of the case.  The Petitioner purchased a small house building site 208 sq.yd. from an approved layout in Munaganoor Village to settle down after his retirement from New Delhi from a Public Sector Undertaking without pension or even medical facility.  About 90 people constructed their houses in the same layout but the Petitioner was not allowed to construct.  He has been fighting this for the last 37 years and now the Petitioner is 82 years without a shelter in Hyderabad.  Petitioner submitted documentary evidence that 2 BSNLOfficials constructed their houses and mortgaged them to the Hon. President of India, two State Govt. Officials  mortgaged their houses to the then A.P. Governor.  IDBI Govt owned Bank has given loans to a number of plot holders.  Collerctor, RR Dist made a blatant lie that the Sy.No. was handed over to Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Ltd whereas the Corporation surrendered the land to the State Govt by shelving its plans to construct a house there.  Relying on the false affidavit of the Collector, the Petitioner's case was closed by the Hon. S.C.  All these facts were taken into consideration by the Hon. S.C.

The Petitioner is a retired Agricultural Scientist and served the country with dedication. .

The attached file, Order of the Supreme Court, has remanded the matter back to the High Court.
