Hospital wrongly submitted my daughter's DOB to the local municipality officer. It reflected in her birth certificate.
When we asked the hospital, they overwritten the form which I have written. Its clearly showing that they overwritten that.
Is it possible to file a case against the hospital.

What will happen if I apply case against hospital.

Meet the Medical Superintendent, Owner of the hospital in person and resolve amicably.
OR
Issue a notice in writing under proper acknowledgment to correct the error with a copy to you and also in the birth card issued to you.
If required you may also seek help from CMO/Civil Surgeon, State Medical Council,MCI, and President of local IMA.
Get the error corrected now and avoid complications later.
