Be practical, how any member can certify and give opinion on whether a purchase at some place is safe or not. You have to take adequate precautions. If it is approved by HNTDA and if the developer has RERA registration, visit that spot, get a legal opinion, and collect such legal opinion copy, as someone might have availed finance in a bank for the purchase of the plot. Whatever builder/developer though broker/agent say may not always be true. Finally, as a buyer, it is your duty to take precautions while investing the hard-earned amount in a land.
