Hi To all
I have given the house on rent to our neighbour.
They took the house saying that we require the house for 3-4 months to rebuild their house.
So we have given them on rent without any aggrement or document.
Now 3 months have already passed away but no scene of rebuilding of their house.
Now we want to have aggrement for some period of time so that in case they did not vacate our house we can do some legal action.
Please suggest and also what termas and conditions need to be included in that legal aggrement.
We want to do it in polite manner without affecting our relation.
