Household articles will be considered as dowry?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am one of the victim of false 498a. I have not demanded any amount or any property from my wife during my marriage. But they had given Almirah, Dressing table, Bed, some utencils, jwelrary, and saries at their own wish. I had no demand from them. The above articles already been taken by IO as recovery of  stridhan property as per law. Is the above articles will be considered as Dowry during the trial.
