I took possession of flat in 02 Jan 2015 but I stayed there only 2 months (2nd Jan 2015 to 12th Feb 2015 AND 13th Dec 2015 to 31st Dec 2015) and it's vacant for 10 months, but society secretary is asking to pay 100% maintenance of year 2015 which is 24,000.00
In our society there is no water supply from corporation. We are taking water tankers from outside and paying 40,500.00 per month. I am ready to pay 4000.00 of two months which I stayed and 50% which is 10,000.00 for 10 months, but society is not agree.
We are spending on water supply, safety tank cleaning, Garbage van, common MSEB bill, gen-set diesel, gen-set maintenance, house keeping, security, furniture, stationary, water tank cleaning, equipment, legal expanses, lift AMC, miscellaneous, one couple for maintaining garden and cleaning passage and parking area.
Our monthly total cost of expanses is 1,17,167.00 please let me know how much maintenance i have to pay?
