Housing Society Defaulters inquiry

You are a member in the society and is having every right to claim any such information and inspect the books.  If the society is not co-operating issue a notice demanding for inspection of such outstanding defaulters at a particular date, and then wait for a month and make a complaint to Registrar of that society.  In the notice inform clearly that the society has obligation to recover such charges regularly and take action against such defaulters, and any negligence amounts to deficiency of services and may become a precedent and others may follow such example.
