recently our cooperative housing society appointed a new security guard company and informed all residents of the society that the present security company will directly handle all security matters and incidents themselves without involvement of society's office manager and the MC members and that MC members will not be responsible for any issues and that residents must be responsible for their any wrong action to the new security company. And liable for any police action taken by new security company
would like to know if the above procedure is OK and within the scope of the Maharashtra Cooperative Housing Society Act 1960.
