We have seven buildings in the housing society. Out of which only 3 building have solar water heater system for those buildings residents (as builder have to compulsorily install it as mandatory rule while 3 buildings constructed in later stage). After society formation, who should pay the Maintenance of solar system all buildings member or only those 3 building membet having those facility?
