Find another job ASAP, and resign properly under acknowledgment, preferably with notice period and  let them either accept it before LWD, or waive off notice period in your case.

Download record of attendance, performance, leave, appraisals, appreciations, acknowledgment and acceptance of notice of resignation/final resignation, correct FnF statement, Form 16 of all years and last year as per correct FnF statement, salary slips of all months, PF a/c slips of all years, ESIC card, acknowledgment of handover of charge/assets, NOC/NDC, service certificate, relieving letter, clean BGV etc etc?

 

Rake up any issue thereafter.

Apparently You were transferred; To deny lay off, retrenchment

and 

resignation is demanded to deny lay off, retrenchment, notice pay

and

rather to claim notice pay from you and square off your dues.

 

The Line Managers  seem to have recommended separation................HR has tried it by resignation...................

On 19 Jun 17, i got a call from HR Team, he asked me that why you are coming to office now. i told him that neither i have not received any notification for termination nor i put up the paper in organization. He has asked me to Fill EXIT form on portal as they will not given any written mail for termination. I said to him that i will not raise resign Request from my side.

Please suggest what should I have to do in this situation.

Build irrefutable evidence of everything.
