How can we take action against govt

There are severla instances where the Govt does not take any action even if the citizens life is at risk and they are informed about the same. The Govt does not care for citizens welfare then how could they be put on spot and make them accountable for such acts. For example in Indian real estate the rules are so loose that anyoe can fool the people and make money and get away this has been brought to Govt notice and they have done nothing about it and keep approving their aubsequent projects so they screw the innocent citizens further inspite of knowing that it is harming innocent people is the Govt not indulging in criminal practice. After the Govt approves projects and if the party does not comply to rules and guidelines should the Govt not punish these punks who are not eligible to run business but rather they sit negligent inspite of complaining so one wonders why they are present at the first place. There are many educated citizens who want to flee the country because of this causal attitude of the Govt. Govt cannot just be run with money they need morals discipline code of conduct etc then money automatically follows here it is the reverse. The people in Govt get huge money do not know what to do with and deposit it in swiss banks and look to accumulate. They don;t realize they did not do anything good for themselves a day will come when swiss bank will say it is our money and it is not your anymore remeber they did it with the jews and will repeat it again.

Dear Friend, This is not the solitary instance of one place. It is now a regular feature in many spheres. But the thing is that the available remedies are not so easy. One thing is that why the mafia raj prospers.............its because of our tacit consent and no one bothers unless it hurts one directly. Any person interested to challenge can do so but there must be consistent zeal in the mind to fight tooth and nail. If you have concrete proof of the fact and can provide them to the authorities then appraise the concerned authorities. On failure, there is a judicial forum where you can approach under article 226 of the Constitution of India by approaching the Hon'ble High Court. But you must be sure of your stand and with detail proof and not for your publicity or personal vindict. Courts are there to listen to your prayer if it is for public welfare. Public Interest Litigation can be filed with clean hands where you have to prove that you are not personally interested but for the public-those who are not in a position to approach the court due to ignorance or fear or so on.

Thanks for the suggestions. https://www.pgportal.gov.in/ instead of a .com but that is ok I got there. There are many instanes even after we complain the Govt authorities turn a blind eye. Common people are expolited by businesses not delivering what they promise. Big time cheating is going on in real estate. Most of the Govt offices take huge bribes of our hard earned money for the mandatory service they need to provide. Huge amount of fake currencies are circulated in the country. All taxes are levied on people getting salaries but businesses get away paying peanuts of waht they are supposed to pay. Most of the PSU's are running under huge losses and their projections show even deeper losses but Govt still keeps pumping money. There are so many things that the Govt turns a blind eye and ignores even if it can be fixed but does not take any steps. Any good reason why unless you do not want country to prosper and just remain dumb and 3rd class. Are our parlimentarians not patriotic? Don't they want to see a better tommorow?

Hi

Yes I too agree with the people already made comments on this issue. www.pgportal.gov.in or president grievance cell both the websites do the similar thing.
