my Friend has got an expartie order aganist her in a criminal suit where the judge of the High court mentions that without special leave of thos court, no action can be taken on this criminal case.
what application is to be passed to lift this special leave.

There are ways in which you can apply for i.e.
- She can submit an application under order 9 rule13 of cpc. This must be file within 30 days from the date of the decree.
- You can file an appeal under Sec 96.
- May go for review application under Sec. 114
- File a suit on the ground of the fraud.
