Dear experts..
My wife has filed false 498A against me and my family.. actually she wants divorce and we are not ready for that.
And hence she has filed false 498A case against me and my family. We don't have any proof to prove ourself innocent. So what should we do??
1) She claims that in four wall of matrimony home you have asked for dowry and my parents are poor, so how can they give any dowry?? and based on this she has filed 498A against us?? AND we are not having any proof that we havn't asked for the dowry, its false 498A. how we can prove ourself innocent??
2) She also in process of filing divorce case on the "false" physical and mental cruelty ground with protection order under the domestic violence ground. How we can prove that we havn't done any cruelty with her?? In short she don't want to continue the marriage life and wants the divorce.. We and her parents also dont want to give divorce her. So what should to be done in this case???
