I am booked flat at kolegaon village in last 1 year back, that time this building under construction. The landowener given permission to builder to construction the building at 40% share flat and remaining flat holding by builder. At te time of booking our builder told that he have got permission from grampanchyat with approved Drawing/map and MMRDA permission he not yet taken. i got possission after complition of two floor and i complited all registration successfully. Now one of the relative of land lord claiming on this propeirty. Now please tell me if lanlord hiding his reletive rights, then propirty may illigal ? also after complition of this building any way to take MMRDA permission ? I thing many of the documents mange by landlord and builder can we identify documents is legal or not ? if found illigal what is way of make all those documents in legal, please tel and give me help to save my and others purcheser money/propierty. if suitable please call me at 9223357597
